2) How to set up this map in the GPS and in which folder.

TomTom have made many changes to the Europe maps since your last map was released.

Which is the latest map version Central and Eastern Europe compatible with tomtom xxl iq routes ( serial begins from RW….. and navcore 9.51) . Are there meta codes;

There is only one that already has a meta code released which is: Central_and_Eastern_Europe 985_8158
Also, NC 9.510 is compatible with ALL maps so you won't have any problems there either.
