fastactivate confirms dct ok
when tomtom boots it goes to the confirmation screen but when I tap agree it freezes the reboots and same again, tried with 9.510 navcore and 9.845 navcore and still does exactly same.

have I missed something?

Why you change some file you not need change nothing in map directory, or what you mean
just patch map normaly
