TomTom XXL IQ Routes Edition - USA and Canada Maps Help!!

Hi, I need help with installing USA and Canada Maps on my TomTom XXL IQ Routes Edition.
I would really appreciate any help or guidance you could give me to install and activate any maps of USA and Canada.

Your Navcore & Map must be patched!! We recommend FastActivate Latest Update.
