If you look at the compatibility chart
[Please Register or Login to download file] you'll notice that 965.7280 maps have no features at all, but 965.7283 maps have them all (inc IQ Routes) apart from cpeech & ASR.
Also notice that 965.7280 is compatible for navcores 7.8xx and onwards, whereas 965.7283 is only compatible with navcores 9.0xx onwards.
Europe_North_965_7283 has a compressed size of 928MB so yes it will easily fit on a 2GB device.
