2013 Mercedes - Becker Map Pilot - European Maps??

Hi Everyone,

I’ve recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes C250 with a Becker Map Pilot, model number BE M014. The car is US Specification, but I live in Germany. I’m trying to find European maps for the car, and would gladly pay. However, Becker’s Content Manager will only allow me to download US/North American Maps. Has anyone an idea of where I can download the European maps?

Did you find a solution? I have the same problem..

I was on the same boat, but the opposite. I am in US and just bought a NIB BMP module from a US seller. Unfortunately for me, the seller sent me BMP type M054 which is EU version. I managed to dld and install the latest NA map package via CM. I did save the EU map package in case I need to restore the module down the road.

I assumed there is more than just the map files to make the NA version to function properly in your region, as it does on mine.

According to BMP Tech Support, it is impossible for the BMP to read data from another region other than the region where it is originally built for. Now I know, lesson learned
