Hi Thank you for you offer to help. I have a 2013 W204 C class that is running NTG4.5 and has V5 Australian maps. I would like to update these and have been trying to get a hold of the original V5 maps so i can potentially update to newer maps using the 2 usb trick. Or if you have any other way you can help i would greatly appreciate it.

Hi.. New here... Cant seem to find where to get the ntg number but i have a 2015 glk250 x204 with the 2015 v13.0 n.america map... Looking for latest. I do have comand system.... From things i seen online for comparison i think i have NTG 4.7

I think these are the right cards for my car

Can you confirm it and tell me how to install them on my GPS
if these are not the right cards can you tell me where i can find the correct ones

Can someone help me with preparing a card for mercedes W205? I downloaded "mercedes garmin NTG1 A218 V17" but I don't know how to prepare a SD Card.

1. Insert your SD card into your computer, using either the SD card slot or USB port (with reader). If the card isn’t recognized automatically, press Window Key + E. This will open File Explorer.
2. Navigate to “This PC” in the left sidebar. Your SD card should be visible under this header.
3. Right click on your SD card and select “Format”.
4. Here you can add “Volume Label” and give a name to your SD card.
5. You’ll see a warning message (Formatting will erase ALL data). Click OK (if you already backed up your photos and videos). Once it completes formatting, you’ll see the “Format Complete” window. Click OK to close the window.

Which File System is best for high-capacity memory cards?
• FAT32: This is the recommended file system for SD and SDHC memory cards. It is limited to a 4GB size for individual files.
• exFAT: This file system replaces FAT32 and is an acronym for Extended File Allocation Table. This system allows for individual files larger than 4GB. And for larger SD cards, this is the default file system. This is the recommended file system for SDXC memory cards.
