Mercedes-Benz North America Map v10.0

As far as I know, this is the most recent release for my GPS system. Trying to help a friend update their GPS but have had no luck. She drives a 2011 ML350. Anyone have/know where I can acquire this DVD free of charge? Or cheaper than $250?

I am looking for the map V10.0 2013/2014 NTG 4.5 North America
Or older version or just the needed files from dvd1 (MelcoMapUpdate...etc)
