Hello,
I have a Mercedes E 320 (2002). At purchase, the vehicle had no navigation system. I bought a GPS onboard Mercedes. The GPS did not pack CD or DVD navigation.
Today, I have made the update of the GPS system with CD MERCEDES: COMAND W / S 211, C219. The update was done correctly!
I downloaded and burned the following DVDs:
- NTG1 V13 2013
- NTG2 V14 2013
I used ImgBurn to burn DVD. X1 with the speed.
I used a DVDR +
None of the 2 DVD has functioned in the GPS. I have a message "ERROR DVD"
Could you help me to tell me what is the model of GPS? I attached to this mail you a picture of the GPS.
Also tell me what DVD or CD fauti download it to use the GPS?

After several search on the web. I finally found the problem.
I bought a GPS pack NTG1 Mercedes. But the seller did not give me the DVD sat nav GPS Becker sat nav 7042.
The DVD must be in the drive trunk but I did not. I'm going to complain to the store to give me my drive. Otherwise I do not know what to do. I put up the picture of the full GPS.
