I hope you guys can help me:

I have a Mio Moov M610 with the following problem. When i turn on the device it shows the mio animation and then it displays a computer a USB icon and a tablet(gps) and nothing else.
When i conect it to the PC it shows only a Removable disk with some files like :
dump files
extra dump files
device.sig
device


I have read on some forums that there must be another "partition" something with flash ! But mine shows only one thing and that is the removable disk
PS This model doesn't have a SD card slot or a SD Card


What can I do to solve this problem ?

Your device has been formatted at some point, do you have the discs that it came with?

Unfortunately NO ! I have only the device.

Try here in the section about freezing devices, it offers a software upgrade...

Note: I never tried this so don't know if it will restore all the missing files!

i didn't find anything there. Can you suggest anything else. Maybe opening the device and short some pins ?

You don't have that problem, so there is no need to open the device up, ideally you need to find a backup from another device, but the original software will fail the license check, but you can unlock and run something else...
