mio spirit 2009 or mio moove s505 canot unlocked

need to unlock to instal igo 8
need to know how,please halp
i tryed the 10 steps but the Mio_Moov_Unlock dont reconized the mio

but i menege to instal igo by changing the igo folder to miomap& the igo EXE file to spirit.EXE
it works!!!!!!!
