The Navman S30, much like the Binatone X-Series seems to be the problem child of the range.
With only 32MB of RAM only a minimal version of iGO 8 is suitable, although Tomtom Navigator 7 does run, sometimes.

It's great way to unlock the device. I have just unlocked Mio Spirit 470, I added maps, poi's, speed cameras, and everything working well.
Thank you for the guide!
Ps. Just one thing which isn't big problem, but I'd like to have it is suspend button. I can't get work "PowerButtonTest.exe". When I open it by using FileManCE nothing happens. How can I solve this?

Run powerbuttontest.exe
Put the device to suspend
Note the number
Edit the ini file as the instructions say
Add the exe to the autorun script

I've read the instruction and I did exactly what you write, but "powerbuttontest.exe" didn't open... Nothing happened...

Nothing opens until you put the device into suspend, then a little box appears with a number in it.

Hello,
I have a Navmen EZY 40. I installed the Tomtom maps and it all loaded well. But every time it starts it runs perfectly (satellite acquired position found maps running - for a couple of minutes then crashes 'not enough memory is available' - it's now done this numerous times. Any idea why? Thanks!

Does your device have wince 6 installed?
Go to the settings in the start menu, I think the system applet tells you.

Ah yes it is... with 58mb ram - I have also tried the other version (smaller)of Tomtom and that doesn't even start... right I'll have a quick look for wince6 issues and maybe try Igo primo if I can find a good download
Thanks!

Hello again,
I have gone Primo2 and that works just fine. Thanks to everyone on here who makes this simple for us mere mortals to give new life to our old navigation systems

I manage to run TomTom on Mio S 605 with Spirit.
- use that
[Please Register or Login to download file] - run on a device on that runs without problem (MOOV 500)
- put a map and activate it
- start
TomTom_script_MIO.exe and make a route (a destination)
- run on Mio S
- activate the map
- start
TomTom_script_MIO.exe- Bingo, it work
kit placed above has a route created with Europe_East_910_4895, so if you use that map, will work from the first time.
Just copy files for map Europe_East_910_4895 into folder Europe_East_910_4895 .
Don't delete file Europe_East_910_4895\MapSettings.cfg
Now, can we rename the topic
Run Tomtom on Mio Moov in seven steps ?

The thread doesn't specify mio spirit, and using the well known mortscript delete and copy mapsettings.cfg hack is not recommended.

If it's running wince6.0 then it's not going to work without a LOT of effort, why not try iGO.
