Automatic zoom function has disappeared from Navcore 9.450 w

Postby poussemousse » Thu May 16, 2013 9:16 pm

Hi,
once again, thanks for your great job.
I have finally succeded to install Navcore 9.450 with memory boost for 32mb devices on my good old TT one XL.
I have a question, it seems that Automatic Zoom function has disappeared.
Can anyone could solve this problem ?

I have read on TT official forum, that this problem is known, but not solved.
Please tell me if it comes from my device, or from this Navecore.

I think it would help if you would supply us with more details.

What emulation are you using?
Might help to use a different emu....
Or a different Navcore...

While driving I prefer the 2D view compared with the 3D, but for both the Zoom never change.

Do you have "enable auto zoom" set in Main Menu, Change preferences, Advanced preferences page 2?

I have lost this function since I have put the Navcore.
Here are my menu :
Main Menu =
Page 1/3 Go to, Alternate search, Help me, Add a favorite, Change preferences
Page 2/3 Prepare Travel, Explore Map, Map correction, TT services, Plan a trip
Page 3/3 Skin Chooser

Change preferences Menu =
Page 1/6 Night/Day colors, Dispay POI, Safety Preferences, Demo, Disable sound
Page 2/6 Sound Preferences, Favorite Management, Change Home, Change Voice, POI Management
Page 3/6 Change Icon, Change 2D/3D display, Hide Guidelanes, Change Map, Change map colors
Page 4/6 Change Language, State Bar Preferences, Short Menu Preferences, Street Name Preferences, Planning Trip Preferences
Page 5/6 Luminosity Preferences, Owner definition, Units Definition, Left Hand use, Keyboard Preferences
Page 6/6 Set Clock, Battery backup Preferences, Hide Compass, Release informations, Reset default values

If you could tell me how I can display "Enable auto zoom" it will be very helpfull.

Go to Page 3/3 Skin Chooser & select a different emu.

Which one do you advice because I have tried

35= XL works but doesn't have "Enable auto zoom"
36 = XL Live and my TT resets after a few seconds.
SE = XL works but doesn't have "Enable auto zoom", and once chosen I don't have the Skin Chooser icon anymore
34 = XL works but doesn't have "Enable auto zoom"
X40 = Menu found ! and a lot of options that have appeared, hoping it won't cost too much in RAM.

Thanks for your help, I will close this thread as soon as I try with my car to check if everything is OK.

I confirm that Go-40 emulation solves the problem.
Thanks for your advices.

How can I indicate the thread is solved ?
