Does TT Home offer you computer voices for download?
And what XL model do you have?

If you did a clean install, remove 9.430 & reinstall 9.061. Confirm your voices are back, then copy 9.430 over 9.061, overwriting any common files.

When doing so it might be best not to include the LoquendoTTS folder.
If a patched version is used the unpatched files from the 9.430 can cause the same problem.

PS. We never recommend formatting, except in the most severe cases!!!!
