TRhank for your answer. I have installed navcore 9.205 and it's OK now on tomtom. But, when i connect my tomtom with tomtom home, a message says: Your TTversion application on your tomtom is not validated.Nevertheless, I can go to tomtom update on tomtom 2 and ti's working.
The other point is that i can't manipulate my tomtom through tomtom home.

For information, it's tomtom GO 720 with navcore 9.205.547817.1, map 8.55 and tomtom home 2.7.6

Sorry for my english if it's not so good...

Thanks

For the 2 errors stated above follow these 2 guides below ;)

Ok to fix the wrong version error you need to do the following
 • Open the ttgo.bif and Change lines 9 + 10 in ttgo.bif to read Latest officiall navcore for your device (if you need to know the figures please ask and i will tell you otherwise see the thread Latest Navcores)
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=????
ApplicationVersion=????

 • Save the file as ttgo.bak
 • Reboot your device
 • Connect to tthome and that error should not show up now

To patch tomtom home and use the Emulator within
 • you must connect to tthome choose button "Operate my device" tthome will now offer to download a package of files amongst these is the file you need to patch.
 • When downloaded close tthome and download FastActivate 1.7 Premium Edition
 • Run the keygen from your pc and choose button "TomTom Home" this will now patch tthome and let you use the "operate my device" feature there is no need to patch tthome unless you want to use this emulator.

you must know your original navcore version, have you back up ? get original ttgo.bif these two line
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=XXXXX
ApplicationVersion=XXXXX

copy new ttgo.bif to ttgo.ori and ttgo.bak

and edit these lines like this:
ttgo.bif:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=XXXXX
ApplicationVersion=XXXXX
ttgo.bak:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=XXXXX
ApplicationVersion=XXXXX
ttgo.ori:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=9205
ApplicationVersion=547817.1

where XXXXX is original navcore numbers.....

To fix version error.
Open the current ttgo.bif file (not the backup) with Notepad.
Replace the values in lines 9 & 10 with these:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8351
ApplicationVersion=9982
"Save as" ttgo.bak
Disconnect & reboot.
No need to create a ttgo.ori file. If needed, your 720 will create it when you reboot.

Its been suggested I upgrade my map to 855-xxxx, but i would like to to use the HNR version map.

Would one of the later 9-xxx navcores be suitable to use with HNR version map on my TT model.

thanks

HNR maps require navcore 9.02X or higher.
HNR = House Numbering. It's for Russia and Greece that do not use a conventional numbering system in some areas.
