I have a XL335S with IQ/ALG,TTS 4.3" screen, 64MB RAM, 2GB internal, no SD slot.

I am running SE_9.053. When I select X40 emu, I get no sound (TTS or MP3), but photos and Document Reader both work.

When I select xls (orX40light), TTS works fine but I have no Music Player, photo viewer or Document Reader.

Same if I use SE_9.026.

Will any of the newer navcores give me TTS and multimedia?

Ok if 9.053 is officiall for your device then it should work without using a SE version so changing emu will not be an option then, there is probbly just a software conflict somwhere, my advise to you will be

  • Do a complete backup with explorer
  • Formatt the unit
  • Let tthome install the 9.053 navcore or download the correct .cab from here and install it manually
  • Copy over your map folder
  • Patch map + Navcore with keygen 4.1D
  • Install your TTS voices and anything else you had on it before

9.053 seems to have a glitch with battery charging. I have 2 TT ONE IQ Route units and both exhibit same problem after downloaded 9.053 from TT home .
When plugged in for charging the unit shows that it is still in a "charging" state even though the units are fully charged. I dont know if this will lead to any type of overheating or battery failure.
I went back to the 8.415 navcoe and charging is now normal. When unit is chatged..the battery meter just stays green without it saying "charging" all the time.
If you are using the new 9.053 check your battery guage.

I have found a lot of people complaining about 9.053 i recomend to you using 9.026 , This is a good navcore over the majority of the devices ;)

Same with me m8 i have tried the navcore and dont get the problems that others have , but i have advised quite a lot of people to use a diffrent navcore as they are experiancing problems with 9.053 and the problems then disapear when using a diffrent navcore
