thx for info guys. I installed the 5.5259 bootloader. It boots up fine etc.. with the 9.053 navcore.

You can not install any of these navcores, you need a navcore that can run on the operating system you have eg CE or WM

Yes I understand that. I have installed the version 7.450 and apparently it works, i'm downloading the maps and voices now and I hope all works well. I've seen one exactle like mine working with a 7.xxx version. But i wanted to know if it would be possible to use a newest version.

great thanks for that i dont seem to be able to patch my tomtom home when i run it it knows it is not my navcore or mapping is there an earlier version of home i can use

1. To fix version error.
Open the ttgo.bif file with Notepad.
Replace lines 9 & 10 with these:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8010
ApplicationVersion=9369
Save it as ttgo.bak
Disconnect & reboot.
