That means you map is not activated.
You map of France has no meta code posted, only you Benelux selection has, may I suggest to read our instructions more carefully?

for me it means that the meta code is present no ? so i try to read very carrefully but it' s not always easy ...

Ok, my fault, forgot to reload the map thread.
But if you use the automatic installer there is no guarantee it will contain a suitable version of FA.
Reason is simple: at the time of upload the meta code might not have been posted yet. As most maps have been uploaded before a code was available I suggest to download the current version of FA for the use if no DCT file was created.
If in doubt use Jdownload for your downloads , or the latest version of FastActivate for your maps...

Thanks for your help , i explain my approch : "i've download the map, install it with the installer (at the end there is a message who is unreadable because it appears 1/10 second ) . the map is not activate
After i use FA , hit the 1 choice(update ), hit the 2 choice (activ map & ... ) the message who appears each time for all map is ".dct error " so i really need help.

Maybe if i format , what is the Procedure to reinstall all ?

it's simple : the first answer "the file meta.dct is in the mas folder " was with the map France_910_4873 .
After i delete this folder and install the map France_920_5270 and after using FA , "i have no dct file in the map folder" ...
i wish you wasn't confused now ;-)

Quite simple: if there is no DCT file it means the map is not activated.

Plan B. Let's try a different patcher. Albert's EasyActivator 6.15 (23/03/13) This was my 1st choice patcher for a long time.

i've updated Albert's EasyActivator 6.15 (23/03/13) and try to patch the map :"system can't execute the specified program " ... i think i will learn to fly to my tomtom ...

Are you sure you have no blocker or virus program causing the problem?
If FA can't activate the map you should see a corresponding message in the status window.
EA should work just fine too, two different programs failing ??

Success !!!! the probleme come from my computer , i have no virus but windows 8 + bitdefender = problemes . I make the activation with a pc with windows xp and all is ok !!! thanks to everyone !
