I'm not an expert and, therefore, my questions might be stupid.
- I can not modify the software to operate with any Bluetooth device and not just those A2DPD?
So I could use the nav 8419, which leaves plenty of free RAM.
- A device-A2DPD uses more RAM than a headset device?
Thanks.

Hy,
Still a newbie on your site.
I have a Tomtom GO 910 which I managed to update to Navcore 7.903 (9183/081205) boot: 5.5259 and Europe_2GB_870_3391 v870.3391.
Works fine after I use "Fast Activate" from your site, but I was wondering if there was a better navcoreto update and enhance my Tomtom?
Thanks for your help.

The Navcore is what is meant to be on your device, but you can use a V9 Navcore on 910.
Your map is out of date, the 875 maps are current.

Thank you very much! :D
Just finished updating my GO 910 (3-4 years old)
Now running on Navcore 9.205.547817.1
OS 547200 (5007, 2/7/2010)
GPS v1.20 (works great even indoors!!)
Boot 5.5259
Map: Europe_875_3615
Even managed to keep all my favourite destinations :D (by looking on an other thread of Navitotal)

Congrats!! Only problem, that I see, is you downloaded the wrong map. 3615 does not have IQ Routes or ALG. You want:
Europe_875_3613 [2.47GB]
OR Europe_875_3613 with Automatic Installer & Patcher ; Europe_875_3613

I had to revert back to navcore 7.903 using map Europev875.3615 as I had problems with the "Navigate to" function which made the unit froze and reboot.
The unit work sort of ok with v7.903 and map v875.315 but it doesn't have the "Help" function or doesn't start with a planned route!
So thanks for the tip and will try to download navcore 9.205547817.1 and map v875.3613 again in the coming week.
Keep up the good work!

Sounds like, possibly, a 'mapsettings.cfg' problem: elegant solution is at:
http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?2156-How-To-Keep-your-Favorites-When-Upgrading-MapI prefer to keep my favourites in POI 'Favourites' and copy this folder to any new map; deleting 'mapsettings.cfg' if I get the 'reboot' problem.

Navc.9.137 full DSA GO 520, 720, 920, 530, 730 and 930: it just has everything you need to install (install on the card and leave the MI as it is), is emulated x40 emulation is to that has all the extra and it works very well but if you want to check other operating menu and you have to emulate other devices, to change the emulation to x20 or x30 devices open the skins folder and into the open with notepad the file Reskin emulation is really so: 24-GO x40, GO x40 24-to switch to x20 would have to replace and leave as follows: 18-GO x20, GO x20 18-to switch to x30 would have to replace and leave like this: 25 -GO x30, GO x30 25-.:
