Is there any benefit in switching from original Navcore to "Navcore 9.101 Dark Mireille complete for XL2IQ" (mentioned above)?
Thanks

Running this will install the new navcore on my Tomtom?
Do I need to format it before, and then after that done copy the map into it again?
I have a XL2 IQ Routes Iberia (1Gb)
map ibera v880.3810
soft 9.151.605385.2 os 541764
Again, sorry if my questions are dumb, but I really feel like i have read way too much stuff :S
I managed to get more complete menus than the ones it came with, but I do need to be able to enter Longitude and latitude coordinates.
It annoyed the hell out of me when, after giving up a blaupunkt with no updates available , I bought a TomTom just to find out I was being robbed of something that essential
Thank you for your patience.

So, to sum up: do not format, but copy all content to my TT (after full backup), right?
Thanks again :D

2. I don't know of a logical reason to do this.
