I am running a go910 on NC 9.485X10 with Western and Central Europe 2GB 900.4602 maps. I find it unstable but have noticed I have about 5MB free memory when in operation. Could this cause the instability or is this about right??. I don't have any poi's showing on the map but have cameras showing. I have tried the 9.485X10 memory boost and have about 18MB free memory but would like the better graphics if possible..
I have also found the RDS/TMC unstable in both NC, disconnected at least 50% of the journey, but I am not sure whether this is a different problem or is this the downside of running either of these NC on an old 910??

Have you looked at the X40 & X50 emus?

I have tried X40 and X50 emus but neither appear to work with RDS/TMC at all which is something I would like to get working but I am not sure if I have two problems or one. Am I right in the assumption that the biggest difference between 9.485 and 9.485memboost is the graphics?? Can you tell me if 5MB free is sufficient for stable operation because if not I will forget 9.485 and concentrate on trying to get memboost working with RDS/tmc. Thanks as always for the help..

The difference is the handling of the swap file, since your device has 64mb of Ram you don't need memory boost.
If you don't use a CF card you can try the normal versions of my recent Navcores but I have to assume that you won't get all functions working in all emulations.
The emu only emulates a device and offers what this device would offer, adding more or mixing is not possible.

By the 'normal versions' do you mean 9.485X10??. Is it possible to confirm that it should work ok with 5MB free??

You should have more free Ram on your device, at least something above 10mb.
Navigation will not always run smooth with low memory.
