The file is "Rider NC 9.510Installer1.1.exe" - that is what I uploaded and that is what I get when I download from the link for the Navcore.
No idea where you got the "1.exe"....

Since I know what I uploaded I tend to say there is a problem on you end.
Linksave was on the Google alert list for a few days, maybe something got messed up for the US,
all I can say I downloaded the installer now twice from the link - first time using my account, second time using a proxy and the free download, and both worked fine.

And yes, I followed the Linksave link and did not use the direct link to my account.

Since your screenshot in post 50 is in German & we are an English forum, maybe you should take a look at it in English. I see the same thing that violative sees.

I get what my browser gives, so I'm not setting up my system to change the language for one link.
Even if it is language related problem - how do you think I fix it without language option within Linksave? ;)

Who said anything about changing your system setting? I merely made a suggestion in hopes that you would see what we see in linksave or we could see what you see!! Maybe a re-up is the solution!!

If I download the file using my browser and Jdownloader,
and if I see the correct and working links when going on linksave : what would a re-up change it?

Anyway, did more tests on the file and the Linksave stuff.
If I try the link in the forum with my IP I get the download with no problems.
Using a EU or US proxy in fact gives me the 1.exe.

So please choose a location outside the US or EU and you get a working link ;)
Will have to contact Linksave about that as my test show many other files acting like that.

Can you check if the container files for JD work from your area?
since the download numbers are going up a bit every day I have to assume that only certain countries are affected, otherise noone would be able to download the file- and that goes for a lot of my files.
For the time being I changed the Linksave container, so the new one should work, however I need a way to fix all affected links.

The FileFactory Rider NC 9.510Installer1.1.exe download is not the issue. It is members being confused by seeing the download file titled 1.exe on the linksave page, instead of the Rider NC 9.510Installer1.1.exe file title that you see.

There is not much difference in the two, but a few fixes.
You won't miss much or see a real difference.

Just downloaded and installed the Navcore without any problems. I only want to download new maps so I went ahead and installed the "9.510 CAB patched" only. Except now, when I turn my Go Live 720 on, there's an image of a castle instead of the TomTom splash screen and the device says "I'll be back" when I switch it off. Honestly, it's annoying... :(

Is there a way to have normal standard vanilla TomTom behavior with a patched Navcore?

I'm not in any way demeaning the job you did Downunder35m, and thank you for the time and effort you put in, but it would be great to have a "no frills" patch only if possible.

Thanks
