Since LoquendoTTS w/ voices is standard on a 950, I wouldn't consider them to be a bonus.

Can the old voices be used with this navcore? All the new voices work fine, I added in some of the old voices I was using on the 7 & 8 versions but they don't work with this one? Anytime I activated the older voices on any navcore chk.dct files were created, I had to delete these files for the voices to work. When I delete these chk.dct files in the 9510 core the unit will not boot up, as soon as I reactivate the chk.dct files are again created and the unit boots up but the older voices with these files do not work?

I have a go 730 with the map on an sd card and a go 930, the older voices are not visible on either.
Both have the 9510 power on navcore and the newest map (930.5563).
Older voices are original yoda, mr T, c3po, sean connery, clint eastwood and a few others.

I fluffed the LoquendoTTS setup/config and a few other things while playing around. Tried fixing with Home but that's another story.
So Thanks again for a fully working Navcore with Power On.

In that case, enjoy your bonus!! LOL
In the future, remember rule 1. Always make a backup before you fluff.

I had no problem with these 5 voices on a GO X20 & a patched 9.510. Download, unzip & copy this voices folder, to the internal memory of your 2 devices, assuming that the navcore is on the internal of both units. DO NOT PATCH ANY OF THE VOICES IN THIS FOLDER.

Love this version on my TT One 32mb. Works a treat. Just one query, Is it possible to get the "clear Route" onto front screen or "quick links" rather than having to go through sub menus. I really miss this from my previous version.

nice work,
I always wanted to have tomtom with auto power on but this navcore is not suitable for XL IQ2 (no voices with full menu, only in easy menu)

I have chosen 9.485 (hardwired sound only) its works fine but it hasn't auto power on feature.

Is it possible to make 9.510 navcore with both features (auto power on & voices for iq2 in full menu)

I have this on my XXL 550 and the auto-on is kinda wonky, maybe 1 out of 5 times it will come on when I start my car.

Not really a problem. I was wondering if anyone else have this issue and if there's a fix.
Thanks

No, you are the first to report this issue. No fix at this time.

Hi just wondering I am using this navcore on my Tomtom XXL Classic and it works fine apart from only allowing me to use one TTS voice the English Female Computer voice. I have tried all the others and they dont work. My issue with the english female computer voice is that when you reach your destination it comes out with "you have reached your destination Horay!" which is painful is there a way to change what she says at the end or is there a way to make the other voices work?

I do not give help by PM. It deprives our other members of a chance to learn. Please post your issue in the appropriate forum/thread. You will get an answer.
