The download button only leads to a registration page for Smoozed (https://www.smoozed.com/register).
I don't see a way to actually get any file :thumbdown:

That's 9.510 - I would like to test 9.540.2 version on my device. No-one has DSA installer for this version anymore?

Are you sure is it 9.540.2 installer?
The zippiushare link you gave is Navcore_9.540_SE.rar without installer .exe file :bs_quesexclaim:
