What do you mean by locked?

If the navcore is a new install, it will need to be patched again with FastActivate

The icons on the screen do not respond to the touch...

I was able to change the NavCore and it continues without answering the touches on the screen ...

Try running a very thin card under the bezel all the way round the screen, if that doesn't help then see here viewtopic.php?f=80&t=10957

It works! When I put a card in the bottom of the screen it works. But when I retreat it does not work anymore. How to stir? Thank you.
