I tried EE 965.7280, no luck, unfortunately. The same message - "You can not use this map on this device..."...
Everything with the patching is OK -all checks give OK, dct files present...
Do I have to rename the map folder somehow or... I do not know - I think I do all right...
any ideas?

Yes I use Fastactivate, then tried Easyactivate - the same..
Navcore definitely patched and shows OK result. When tried again says - "Navcore already patched!"

And the map in his own folder(EE 965.7280)
If you open the map you see the loose files and probably a folder (brand).
Not a map in a map.

Yes, there is a folder EE 965.7280. And in this folder are the lose files, not another folder. There is also the the patched dct meta file, right?

Yes,
I was thinking about it, but the links I found were dead (the Activator's version is quite old).
So thanks for the live link, will try.

Several tests after using 5 Alberts_Easy_Activator - no luck, unfortunately the problem is not solved...
I think the maps are not compatible, even most of the users think they are...
The colleague said he succeeded on I90 with 885_4010 maps - can you provide live link of them? I've found some, but they are all dead.

I don,t expect that the map is still around. You can try another keymaker
EasyDCT_maker special for NC 7.450 and higher (under 7.950).

Yeah, Ok, but no luck with both of them... I think the maps are not compatible. BTW will try tendriver's advice to put ttgo.bif and activator in the map folder..

NO success till now, tried also with a copy of ttgo.bif in the map's folder - nothing happened.
The activators patch the core - that's for sure. I have original maps of Western Europe 835, which work flawlessly without patching and are not working after patching.
I start doubt in myself, maybe I am choosing wrong maps and meta combinations...
Pls send me a link for compatible EE map and corresponding meta ... If you can find something 835 or closer to this edition... Any map will do, just to confirm that the map is compatible after patching can work with the I90.
Thanks in advance.

Many thanks to everyone trying to help!!
Pheeew - finally success.
I managed to make it with : Eastern_Europe 965_7280, EasyActivator_v0.57.21 - setting with "tt8 keygen".
GO I90 internal memory formatted at FAT(Default setting) and 64 KB blocks (Very important).
Otherwise the system halts and can not restart..
