Is there a way for updating the "ONE XL HD TRAFFIC" for work

Hi Guys,

I've got a problem with a TT from a friend of mine, he wants to have updated maps but his navcore (7.301) will not work with the latest maps, TT doesn't support the "ONE XL HD TRAFFIC" anymore, Is there someone who knows how to solve this problem.

Thanx

TT Home "Update my device" should update the navcore to 8.010.

Hum, TT Home will still update units, older than this one, with the latest official navcore for that unit..

No, this model is out of life by TT for a long time and his latest Navcore is 7.903. That's because TT discovered that the 32MB of RAM is insufficient to run LIVE services.

1. U are correct. But my point is, if a user has a navcore that is not the current official 1 for his unit, TT will update it..

There are 3 methods to avoid this problem:
* Install NC 8.562 SE with the map 'program' with a file 'Application.tlv' of your orignal NC 7.301.
* Install NC 8.562 SE using the version.txt method (place this file in the root with your orignal NC 7.301 version).
* Install NC 8.545 with DSA. That's what I should do.

See TT site for details.
