tomtom one 3rd Edition GPS Rollover

Wed May 01, 2019 5:59 am

Just wondering if anyone has a working navcore or a workaround for a tomtom one 3rd, as you are aware the gps rollover now resets this to midnight once all satellites have been received.
your assistance would be fabulous. Cheers Paul - i have looked thru all the posts and haven't found anything.

You can give the next procedure a try.
The time reset till 00.00 and there is no solution for it
but the GPS reception is alright.
2 options:
You have to live with it or buy another device.
After all your device is more than 10 years old.

*) Recommended Navcore 9.541 device
[Please Register or Login to download file]
--
1) Make a backup of your Device and delete the content.
--
2) Unpack the* navcore (winrar ) and place folders and files on your Device.
--
3) Reset The Device (minimal 15 sec) and start it till the announcement "No map found"
--
4) Copie the chosen map to your Device in his own folder.
If you open the map you see the individual files and probably a folder (brand).
Not a map in a map.
(plain map no speedcams,poi,etc)

How to read the chart.

--
5) Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your device
http://www.navitotal.com/viewtopic.php?f=127&t=19452

Run "FastActivate.exe".
Select 1
After 1 go to the root Device and rename the file
Updated_meta in
meta
Select 2
Done.

6) Give a 15 sec reset and start the device if everything works fine
just then you can ad speedcams etc to the map

We like to hear the result Good or Bad.
And keep away from TomTom Home.

Hi, I have a ONE 3rd Edition and just installed 9.541 as per above instructions but no GPS signal... has the above worked for someone else?

EDIT: Now working after waiting a while! Thank you holyhead for the instructions! Followed steps above but used original maps from backup, seems to be working. Using the FastActivate application's QuickGPSfix option seems to have also sped up GPS.

Is there another link for this Navcore, the above link does not appear to be working any longer?

Hi, Is there another link for it?

Problem: "Premium Access Only. The hosting period for this file has now expired, only premium users can download it."

Yes, I didn't realise that it's only free access for a month...anyway, I've uploaded the same file on the following link:

Thank you.
Yesterday I was able to find Navcore 9.541 SE for 32mb by TZ [Please Register or Login to download file]
Quite surprised with the performance.
Gpsfix is quick, but once I get it, the clock goes to 00:00.
I have tried the
glgps from [Please Register or Login to download file] but no go.
As far as I understood, since I got a Tomtom One 3rd edition it is not advised to use the TTconv V11 from [Please Register or Login to download file] .

Any hint?

Good morning,

I would be interested in the file, but the links no longer work.

I don't know how to install it either.
