Hi all,

i did a complete formate of my tomtom one xl (canada 310) and installed fresh navcore via TTHome and then installed maps with fastactivate.

After factory reset, I do get a startup sound of the tomtom (drums, so the speaker is not broken), but no sounds are playing when the tomtom is started completely.

I can select other voices, but when I push the test button on any voice: NO SOUND.....

any help is appreciated.

Home should give you the right stuff, but in case you want to try...
Check my Installers in the Navcore section
There is always a version included for those XL devices that go silent for no reason.
