i copied west europe and deleted the iberia and agian with pachter activated maps no error while activating now the tt is held on tt logo

Where did you get your Europe_ West map? Here at navitotal?
By the way, there is a big difference between Europe_West and Western_Europe.

yes i donwload from here and this map i have also copied in other tomtom and its working fine

Check your map for a file called mapsettings.cfg. If that file is in your map, delete it and try again.

no bro dont have this file in the map folder
well i will now go back to iberia. which is working fine but dont know why this is not working it geting held on logo and restart after some time . i deleted the map folder and the tt start perfect and say no map found ext....

Does it take a long time to copy all the files to your device?
Cause this bootloader isn't a quick one.

Make sure you use a good quality USB cable and connect it directly to your computer. Don't use a HUB or someting.
If the Europe_West map did work on another device, then copy it to your One again.

yes it took almost 1 hr to copy europe west map yes this map works on other tt . now i have copied the iberia map on it and its working fine.

At first it is not necessary to update your bootloader.

More important is it to use good quality cable. Just give that a try first.

Your bootloader is fine. Don't mess with it!!
Based on what has been tested, as well as what works & what doesn't work, by the process of elimination, my money is on a corrupt EW 5963 map.

Well, maybe it"s gonna be an expensive day for you.

A corrupted map, OK. But only the one on the device.
BL 5.5136 in combination with cheap USB cable or connected through a HUB sometimes do strange things with large map files. Using quality equipment sometimes does the trick

But we'll see what happens.
