hi guys i have tomtom one iq routes edition i have installed navcore 9.510 which is working but cant activate maps have don all the things found in this fourm but nothing always say u cant use this map in this device. the maps are 940.5963 meta is ok every thing is ok here is the detail of tt

You can't use this map............. means

- you are using an original navcore on a downloaded map
- your map activation is not done correctly

If you use an original navcore 9.510, did you patch it so you can use downloaded maps?

While activating the map, did you see any error?
Is there a .dct file in your countrymap?

And is there a meta available for your map? Cause you didn't tell which 940.5963 map you use.

yes its west europe its not orginal i have updated the navcore via rider nc 9.510installer1.1 and also patched it with activater and first 3 option. but same problem.

another thing why the navcore dont work if i copy navcore file from the cap folder to root of tt it got held on wellcome logo but when i install navcore through installer ithe navcore work fine on any tt.

The installer version is pre-patched. The .cab version is not pre-patched.

already tried with this but same problem
ok now i am trying to make a clean installation or navcore and triying with iberia map 940.5963 and post the result.

Did you create a meta.txt file & also put it in the WE 5963 map folder with F/A & the ttgo.bif file? If so, delete it & run Option 2.

yes the integrated meta .txt file with f/a
well i have deleted all and istalled agian the nevcore now installing maps

ok new tomtom is workinf fine with iberia

Your issue has nothing to do with the 9.510 navcore.

hi guys back now on same nevocre 9510 on which the iberia map was working fine. i copied west europe and deleted the iberia and agian with pachter activated maps no error while activating now the tt is held on tt logo

Confirm that you have a .meta file & a .meta.dct file in the WE 5963 map folder.
