Has anyone had any experience with the new TomTom Via range of products?

Problems I am experiencing include:

1. Not being able to examine the files in the device using windows explorer , when the device connected to the USB port of the computer.

2. I notice that the "Device Id" now has 12 digits and not 10 digits as in previous models.

Looks like a few challenges!!!

Unfortunately there's bugger all you CAN do with these new models (other than send it back & buy a refurbed x20/x30/x40/x50 etc)
