unable to download Navcore.9.205.547817.1.Basicpack, crocko

Postby datacut » Thu Jun 28, 2012 12:38 pm

hey im trying to download the Navcore.9.205.547817.1.Basicpack for my tomtom one xl, however using the links provided to download it:
[Please Register or Login to download file]
which leads to:
[Please Register or Login to download file]

however the download from crocko always stutters and pauses after 1mb or 2 of downloading, and then fails requiring me to have to retry and sometimes wait an hour before allowing me to attempt again.

if anyone here has the said files could you please upload them to a different host? (or if you can download them fine, then download and reupload)

Thanks very much

My attempt stopped at 23%. 9.205 is a small screen 32MB navcore. You might try using it without the basicpack.

hmm, so do i download the .cab @ http://www.navitotal.com/noref.php?url=http://download.tomtom.com/sweet/navcore/9.205.rider3.CAB-navcore-RIDER.cab and just copy that into the tomtom directory like i was going to do with the basicpack, followed by the ttsystem?

thanks for the help =]

You need to unpack the archives to the root of your device, first the .CAB than overwrite existing files with the content for the SE ttsystem/basicpack.
NC will be patched already so you only need to take care of the maps, voices, cams...

hmm updated it, boots and works but its very very slow, sometimes rebooting depending on which model mode. trying all the different model values in the setconfig to see which one works best, also the arrow and radio buttons dont show >.< so i dont know if the artwork that replaced isnt compatible or something :/ if anyone could try and get the basicpack back up i would be very much grateful.

will the XL not like that either? if not do you have any recommendations for a different navcore? (also what are the major benefits of having an updated navcore? faster route calculation?

thanks again for the help =]

Remove any of these that are on your unit.

Outsourced.9205
