2. Perhaps I have a bad map version to application combo?

1. Why do you think it will?
2. 9.510 is compatible with ALL 915.XXXX maps.

Need help please. I have been trying for a few days now. downunder, I have successfully downloaded all of the files that you posted. Thank You for you kind generosity, but I can not install them. whenever I double click on part 1 it prompts for a password. The password that I enter is downunder with no spaces, but I get the following message in every line. I have just copied and pasted just a couple from the error box to save time and space. This is just to give you an idea of the error message that I get.

Extracting call.bat
CRC failed in the encrypted file call.bat (wrong password ?)
Extracting TAASE.EXE
CRC failed in the encrypted file TAASE.EXE (wrong password ?)
Extracting USA_Canada_915_5074\borders.dat
CRC failed in the encrypted file USA_Canada_915_5074\borders.dat (wrong password ?)
Extracting USA_Canada_915_5074\brand\7311_1.bmp
CRC failed in the encrypted file USA_Canada_915_5074\brand\7311_1.bmp (wrong password ?)

At the end of the process I get a pop up window with the following message.

(SOME INSTALLATION FILES ARE CORRUPT. PLEASE
DOWNLOAD A FRESH COPY AND RETRY THE
INSTALLATION)

I have re-downloaded and tried 5 times now, but I get the same results. I even tried to repair the archive in winrar, but winrar reports no errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You...

Never had that problem before.
PW is correct and the files are fine too.
But it seems you have some files messed up as there are only Navcores but no maps in the installer.
The installer uses a temp directory during the installation, maybe deleting everything in your system temp folder will solve the issue.
Also the installer only has two parts, part one (the EXE file) is 250mb the second part about 200mb in size.

Like you, I am curious to know how map files got into a navcore download.

Downunder35m wrote:You should have at least 24-GO x40;24-GO x40 in the reskin file, but by default there are more, so someone already edited the file.
And to have the most common emulations available:
24-GO x40;24-GO x40;37-GO x50;18-GO x20;25-GO x30
With that you can switch between X40, X50, X20 and X30

Thanks...i will give it a try

I don't think it will work on an in-car-system.

My question was based in the problem that actually i am having with maps Iberia 915.5110 , that after install, register, etc, etc, i can't use it on my eclipse (looks like Tomtom Go300) because it can't see the new maps.

Hello Downunder

Since saturday I am trying on tt-XL (L1*******) for a friend to install. All works fine, excepte the computer voices. I installed 9.026-483454 two year ago and every thing works fine, included the computer voices.

I was not able to install via my laptop that runs under windows-7 starter. It looks like everything goes fine, but finaly there is nothing written to the SD-card, 2Gb

I installed on the other laptop which runs windows 7 professional, 64 bit

All worked fine, except the computeer voices.
I restarted from scratch several times, and went to step 4a. Unpack to the empty card results in 2 folders (bin and data)and 2 files (default7.session and LicenseCode7.txt .
I installed after this version 9510-32Mb. These folders and files are overwritten, they don't exist anymore.
So i copied the old LoquendoTTS folder to the SD card. This did not work either.

I think I did everything as written in 1st post.

Also copying the LoquendoTTS folder from the 9.026 version first on a empty card and after that install the 9510-32Mb version, does not work.

Do you have any idea?

thanks,
fritsfrance

You might want to try the XL version that is included in the installer as well.

As far as I know the only difference between he two is the added support for the Asian keyboards and the IFlytek TTS support in your version, the Navcore itself should be identical.
This mean if you overwrite your current setup with my installer you should be good to go, but please make a full backup using Windows Explorer first!
