So you don't really need the otherwise sublime Universal Navcore Installer.
Just stick to the latest official navcore which TomTom Home will give you.
That will also be 9.510.

Since shadowlor has already downloaded the UNI, he might as well use it to install 9.510.

Thanks, the UNI have some unnecessary files. So, I just download the official 9.510 Navcore then patch it. Now just downloading map for it.
