Yes. The One 130S was introduced in 2008. Modals prior to Sept 2010 are OK.

You will have the same issue with a lot of models.
The reason is simple:
TT devices are not really that different from each other.
There are only a few things that set them apart for our needs.
a) Memeory - 32mb or 64mb of RAM
b) With a Sim card or not
b) With a SD slot or only internal memory, where the last can be fixed too by soldering in a SD card

And if you check the Navcore section you will find Installers for all the latest Navcores, simply select one and use the right version for your model when running the installer.
After that you only need to grab the map of your choice from the latest map thread as linked in several places throughout the forum.
Just make sure to select a map that has a meta code posted.

The issue was finding detailed informations just for this particular TT model
