Trying to unlock my old NAVMAN S80 to load iGO Primo

Search looked promising, with some threads & tutorials, but they all want me to download things from links which report one of:

HTTP 404 (not found)
HTTP 403 (forbidden)
The upload does not exist
File removed from inactivity
Other error ...

The process here almost] got me orted, however , using that method results in it starting, loading, & waiting forever "Autodetecting GPS reciever..."

So basically I'm trying to sort a proper unlock so I can run a detection tool and specify the GPS correctly in sys.txt

I'm having trouble though.
