Yes of course, this is the Unlocked version.
What do you do with the Locked version?
I really think you should unlock it, getting the exact same file

well it seems that my old garmin GPSMAP 820xs only accept locked version when I try to check if it works through the "Garmin express" software... (software of the Garmin is version 6.60)

Could that be possible ?

I guess it is the Garmin Express that identifies an Unlocked Map, and not the Device.
You can always try and check, if the Map works on the device you are fine
