Do you mean SID (8325) part.2.rar on both mirrors?

The Bayfiles one does show as Bad Gateway but the AnonFile one works fine for me...I have it downloading now

Hey everyone, recently got a car that uses a Garmin GPS unit. I've downloaded all these files , but I'm not really sure what the next steps are.

I've read about having to unlock files. Is that the case here, or are these unlocked? If not, what steps should I be pursuing here? I know the basic file structure needed, so I know I need to rename my maps file etc.

It's a Suzuki SX4 with a model called "Mawson". I've found very little information related to my vehicle, but am likely using the wrong terminology. I've got a folder with the old maps backed up, not sure if that can be used to gleam any info. Help would be much appreciated.

I did download all 8 parts .rar files
trying unrar without success. showing
error "unknow format". any help appreciated.THX

the jdownloader thing does not un-rar the files correctly

(you can turn off the setting in jdownloader that instructs it to try and unrar downloads automatically)

You can use 7-zip , a free utility for zip and rar files to unrar them:

(I assumed you used the first post .dlc option

in any case I'd say make sure you have up to date winrar or 7zip.

I got them from the .dlc with no issues)

yes,thx 7-zip works.
Now how to unzip all 8 parts . I did part 1 and 2 and got two different directories.
is this supposed to be one image file or what?

There are two files that had to be split into 500mb compressed archives gmapprom in 5 parts and SID in 3 part.This very basic computer literacy,if all parts are in 1 directory just unpack Part 1 ,your Win Rar ,7 Zip archive tool will know they are split and output 1 file

gmapprom( 8325 ).part3.rar
gmapprom( 8325 ).part4.rar
gmapprom( 8325 ).part5.rar

SID( 8325 ).part1.rar
SID( 8325 ).part2.rar
SID( 8325 ).part3.rar

After unrar I got big CNNA_2020.30 directoryand inside gmapprom.img file and 3 subdir(JVC), (SID),(SQLite)
how to install on 16 Gb SD card.(FAT32)all these files on my Garmin Nuvi 1350

Create two folders on the clean FAT 32 SD card Garmin & Map .
Change name of big file from gmapprom to gmapsupp

SD card:
Garmin/JCV/D3060310A.jcv
Map/gmapsupp.img

On the device
.System/SQLite/D4943200A.db
