You did not tell us before, that you speak about a Kenwood device! If you don't give us such important informations, you can't expect that you get good help.

The easy way is downloading unlocked image (gmapsupp.img) and copy in folder Garmin on SD or device. But keep in mind that max. map image size for your unit is 2 GB.

Yes, and there are also different partial images, because the full Europe map is bigger than 3 GB and so not usable for older devices.
