Probably the route is just too long. Break it up to smaller legs and try that way. Sometimes when you get that error in simulation it won't be replicated when you have a sat lock.

I've downloaded the map Single link 2,90 Gb. I've copied and pasted the file gmapsupp in the folder of my garmin nuvi 1690.
Initially, the map is NT2011 and the file called gmapprom. I've change manually the gmapprom => gmapsupp in the "GarminDevice" file. When I start the GPS, there aren't cartographic data available.
Do you know what's the problem? Do I must download another files?
