i do not know which exactly jcv file is for your device but you may try all of them

Thе NT version of Europe does not contain raster junction views for the nuvi 30/40/42/50/52 ...
Use the Unicode version with such devices.

There is no difference in Unicode if you just use Latin characters the Unicode version is also recognize other type of local characters for some languages in order to facilitate the usage in some countries.
Of course your device should support Unicode maps otherwise you may face serious problems.

No the installation is the same just copy files and yes your device is a new one and support such maps.
But i repeat the only difference is only in the usage of some characters and of course internally the packaging of the map is completely different but this has nothing to do with the usage of the map...

The maps are usally in the map directory and the jcv files on the jcv directory.
You just see the installed already files on your device and copy in those directories the same ones.
