Thanx for the prompt reply!

I checked my software version and it is 7.5 and I did have a 4Gig card in. The old 1.9 gig 2011 version named gmapsupp.img works well with no problem.

I deleted it (keeping of course a copy on the HD) and copied over the new version gmapprom.img, no problem.

Fired up the unit, no errors, but...

it just doesn't see it. There's no option to include or not the new img file (which of course is not the case with the old one where you can check or not whether you want to load it or not in the appropriate Map set up).

Am I missing something or is this still relating to the Garmin post stating that there is an error? Thanx for any help

you have to rename it to gmapsupp.img! gmapprom.img doesn't work on SD

that's why the link to tutorial thread:

\Garmin\GMAPSUPP.IMG

Is this only me, who gets errors trying to unpack those parts using WinRAR ?
I tried the same files on several computers with the same message about corrupted files ... :-(
I changed the names to proper ones, had no issues while downloading parts, but still can not get it working.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance ! :-)

From which post did you download? It's known issue that anonfiles (post #2) downloads make such problems sometimes, but not the other download offers.

This version is replaced by new version http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?12819-City-Navigator-Europe-NT-2013.41, because of routing errors in Netherlands (see post #12).
