In post #1 I miss the gmap3d.img in the list. Is this map not coming with this update or only for some specific devices? I miss the gmap3d for a Zumo XT device.

gmap3d.img added to Post #1 .I'm sure the zūmo XT doesn't use 3D Building View

I am trying to update the Central Europe map on a Garmin Nuvi52LM but the map is not showing. I have downloaded the rar, extracted it and copied it into the device to no avail. can someone assist please?

unlocked? rename it to "gmapprom.img" copy to device or sd-card in /garmin/

Use gimgunlock-0.04 to unlock the map.

For PreProgrammedMaps (on the device) rename to gmapprom.img & place in the .system folder ,put the (D2924380A.jcv)JCV file included in the JCV folder (on a PC change setting to show Hidden & system folders)
For SupplementalMaps (on a FAT 32 formatted SD card)
Garmin/JCV/D2924380A.jcv
Map/gmapsupp.img

I cannot download the executable as it is being considered as malicious and thus being blocked

That's your PC settings ,just turn off your anti virus temporarily,or just download Central Europe map again as I unlocked it.

Can someone please tell me why I can't download? Windows Security Firewall is off. But I still receive this nasty screen which says "OOOOPS the requested page can not be found" ????

The device (Garmin Drive 40) cannot see these maps: City Navigator Europe NTU 2024.10 /Central Europe

unlocked - yes, rename to "gmapprom.img" and copy to device /.System -yes
D2924380A.jcv copy to device /JCV - yes

Shows: Map message is corrupted ?

Not an MS install just the .gmap folder ,all you have to do what the installer does is unpack the archive & copy the City_Navigator_Europe_NTU_2024_10.gmap to C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps
Then use Mapsouce/basecamp to create custom maps sets.

Hi, I tried to install Maps on Nuvi2405. Is it compatible? I extracted file, move img file to C:/ProgramData/Garmin/Maps then unlocked by gimgunlock and I don't see map in BaseCamp to install to device.
