Hi, I downloaded the two files. Extract the gmapprom file and placed it on my eTrex 30.
unfortunately, the device does not see the map...

what is the difference between part 1 and part 2?

There is no difference between the parts - you need both, to extract the map correctly.

The map has to be placed in folder Garmin. If you downloaded the locked version, you have to unlock it e.g. with gimgunlock.
