After download ***.exe, extract them with WinRAR or 7zip. The real map you find in subfolder MapData as locked gmapprom.img. Unlock this file with gimgunlock or unlocker alternative. To use it on SD card in folder Garmin, rename it to gmapsupp.img.

If you mean Balikpapan, what hinders you from taking the map above?

Yes of course, that's the purpose of these maps :D. You need the gmapsupp.img file. Where to put and if you can use some of the other files too, depends on your device.

@ geronimo5
Same for you: it depends on your device. Easiest way to find out: look what file types you have on your unit and put the new ones in same folder. If you miss one file type (e.g. gmap3d.img), your device don't support this file.

You need only one JCV and I can only repeat, what I said before:
...it depends on your device. Easiest way to find out: look what file types you have on your unit and put the new ones in same folder.

If it is a secret, what device you have, nobody can help you specifically.
