PiEtU plz, I think the JCV file is not working on my Nuvi 1310T:

1. I renamed the unlocked img file from gmapprom.img to gmapsupp.img (size= 119.416 KB) and copied it into SD:/Garmin/gmapsupp.img
2. I copied the JCV file into SD:/Garmin/JCV/D3058030A.JCV

Could you help me please to find out where is exactly my problem?

Thank you PiEtU for your reply. I think that I've a special edition of nüvi® 1310T that support junction view, I just discovered that it displays some JCVs by simulating a route but this was only in Dubai so far. So how could I know which country of Middle East, the junction view covers? Because for instance, Egypt which is my country, does not have any JCV.

I have Garmin nuvi 3970 which has preload map of CN Europ 2011.10 including JCV folder, G2S folder, gmap3d.img, gmapdem.img and gmaptz in In H:\.system.

Now I want to add City Navigator Middle East & Northern Africa NT 2012.20 through MapSource with .msi Installer UnLocked with JCV folder, G2S, and 3D Folder.

Please help how can i do it?

I believe if you add MENA 2012.20 on top of your CN Europe via Mapsource, MENA will replace your Europe map on the device memory, unless you also have Europe map on Mapsurce so you can select both maps together. But you should be able to use Mapsource to send MENA to a SD card on device without overwriting the Europe on device memory.

The best & easiest thing is to copy the .img and other flies to the device or it's SD card on it's designated folders.
