For your device the map image is enough - additional files are not usable.

CityXplorer maps makes no sense for your device - they are parts of City Navigator with data for 'enhanced pedestrian mode', but this data can only be used by nuvi 1XXX, 2XXX and 3XXX devices.

Install the package with the CNNANT2012_40Update.msi file, the setup will install BasaCamp and MapInstall too: replace the original exes with the modified ones in Patch dir.
Mapsource v6.16.3 + patched exe in Patch dir included. The maps are already unlocked.

I am new here, please show me how to do the update. Thanks.
I have GARMIN Nuvi 1370 preloaded: CN North America NT 2011.40 and CN Europe NT 2011.40
What version should I get to update to the newest version of North America and Europe? And how to update or how to do it. Thanks for any help.

For your device the "normal" NT version (not UNICODE) is right. Download unlocked full image versions and JCV for nuvi 1XXX and copy it to internal memory (folder .system) or on µSD card into folder Garmin or map.
