Hey Guys! I joined up to try to keep my only Nuvi 660 operational with some updates, I am trying to get the 2024 Canada and Border states Map Update but cannot get the file (says it was deleted). I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help

Hello, New User Here!

I am trying to download the newest map files for my InDash - 2017 Honda Accord Garmin navigation system.
I have downloaded the Garmin Express app from Garmin, but for some reason they will not sell me the updated maps, I suspect it is some licensing agreement they made with Honda.

I have tried the DL links posted in this thread but they seem expired or blocked - not sure if I need to have some subscription to access the files.
I am in Canada and was interested in the 'NA East' maps that cover all of eastern NQ including Canada.

An y assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I get the following error trying to download. I have tried several maps but still the same. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No link to 2024.20. Trying to get US lower 49.

This is an old version 2024.20 came out Nov 2023. Read the Post above

The older map would have been newer than the ones I have. Is there a program, had it years ago, that will unlock the image on windows 10-11. I'm going to try and download us lower 49, every time I try and do it off of Garmin, it screws it up. No maps found. They were putting the wrong ones on to make it look like the devise is bad. Then said we no longer support that device it's too old. Buy a new one...

These maps are also out of date, City Navigator N.America NT 2025.10 is current.

I downloaded 49 lower, drop it in, black screen pops up, numbers run and disappear. From what I remember it asks you to save it, if it works. Using windows 11 never been able to get it to gimgunlock to work. I put the gmapsupp back on the sd card no maps found.

gimgunlock does not ask you to save, it unlocks the file you dragged & dropped onto the gimgun Icon.

Fifth time was a charm! No clue why I had to keep trying 255w now sees the maps.
