There's no "Setup" file, can I just copy and paste all the files into relevant folder in Garmin folder in Nuvi 765? If yes, may I know what's the purpose of MapID and password?
Sorry, the 2 "extra" files of "ASR" and "sid" is new to new, must I copy them into Nuvi too? If yes, which particular folder?

Any advice is appreciated.

Img is unlocked .. you can copy/paste.
See first in garmin site what add. files support your nuvi then use it.
asr/sid is for new device

Hi bam-bam, tq for the advice, copy n paste WORK! My Nuvi 765 work perfectly with the JCV (look very nice picture) and gmapsupp. I also copied the ASR and sid, I guess, it is useless for my 765. BTW, what function the 2 files provide? I am thinking of buying Nuvi 3560LM, does this model make use of the 2 file type?

Does it support other model like Garmin nuvi 2350? Thank you.

VOICE COMMAND - ASR Folder
Files are stored in 34xx .System/ SID and are traffic trends ,instaSearch , instaAdresses and POIs and FastRouting related
3560 support it
