It works, but netload.in has very slow download speed for freeloaders.

Look at your Garmin folder - there has to be an gmapprom.img file, which is your old map. This you can replace by the new version.

Hi. Is there a version for 2 gb sd cards? My nuvi 200 only takes this size card.
Thank you.

Or thinking about it, it's probably less than 2gb anyway. So i just download unlocked version and transfer the gmapsrom img to my sd card?

Yes, you simply choose an unlocked version, that fits to your SD card. But for SD it must be gmapsupp.img in folder Garmin.

You must do a system-update, download webupdater and update your garmin, after that the card works

On SD it must be named gmapsupp.img in folder Garmin and on device you can replace gmapprom.img or you can use it as second map (if enough place) gmapsupp.img in folder Garmin too.

Please help me. I have downloaded the file but it is a gmapsrom. I want to put it on mt sd card.
Do I convert it to gmapsupp or just rename it?
Does it have to go in a folder called garmin on the card or just the img on its own?
Do I format the card first? Fat 32 or other format?
Thanks
